Before Using the DNA Kit

You can return unopened kits within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping).

After Using the DNA Kit

Due to the nature of DNA analysis, used kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your results are delayed or you’re unhappy with your experience, email us at reception@mentalhealthdna.com and we’ll do everything we can — including store credit or a replacement kit.

Product Issues

If your kit arrived damaged or your results didn’t process correctly, just email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll fix it fast.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once your order is processed, we’re unable to modify it.
